48 hour bone broth with lots of time and labor to create this. It is concentrated and you can add water and heat and eat or eat it cold out of the container. This is my very gelatinous (with fat pieces that melt), ancestral bone broth made with short ribs, bone marrow, tendons, beef cheeks, beef tongue, Celtic sea salt, fermented garlic and fermented ginger all strained and made into this jelly and fat concentrated bone broth.
