Heritage pork breed smoked ham chunks. This is approximately 1.5 lbs not all evenly cubed but great heated up with breakfast or in a bean stew.
 
Our Berkshire and red waddle pigs roam on pasture in organic orchards and eat a variety of left over organic veggies and fruits from neighboring farms and farmers markets. We are blessed to feed them a fermented mash from our local organic brewery.
