The rest of the ingredients are all chosen from organic products. This is not gluten-free or Paleo. It does contain organic noodles, mushrooms, onion, riced veggies, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella, along with the organic tomato paste, sea salt salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, sage, basil.
