Ancestral Homemade Meatloaf Gluten free (with probiotic Ketchup) Serves 2 $30

Single Serve or for two people, this meatloaf is a delightful option. It features ancestral ingredients, including freeze-dried organ meat. This meat is ground and mixed with ground beef, making it virtually undetectable. The chunks of liver and other organ meats are gone, replaced by a crumbly texture that is well-hidden.

I’ve been making this delicious meatloaf since my children were young. I use a combination of ingredients, including grass-fed beef ground brisket, freeze-dried and crushed liver, heart, kidney, and spleen ground pork, ground pork rinds (to replace breadcrumbs), bacon bits, garlic, pasture-raised eggs, oregano, thyme, and parsley. These ingredients are all packed into a single-serve aluminum container that can feed one to two people. The container also includes homemade probiotic ketchup on top as a glaze.

Please note that this meatloaf is raw and requires cooking before consumption.
