These are boneless pork ribs, cut into cubes very flavorful and tender. They are marinated in our melted, pork lard, ground pork, rinds, and Italian seasonings. All organic ready to throw in the air fryer or bake in the oven on a baking dish. It’s like fried pork great to serve with rice or veggies.

Our Berkshire and red waddle pigs roam on pasture in organic orchards and eat a variety of left over organic veggies and fruits from neighboring farms and farmers markets. We are blessed to feed them a fermented mash from our local organic brewery.
