Made in small batches using nutrient-dense chicken livers from our pasture-raised chickens, this rich and creamy pâté is gently cooked and blended with organic butter, shallots, garlic, Celtic gray sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, and fragrant thyme.

Each jar is finished with a protective layer of clarified butter and topped with a sprig of thyme to help preserve freshness and enhance flavor.

Spread on crackers, toasted sourdough, fresh baguette slices, or enjoy alongside cheese, pickles, and charcuterie. Its smooth texture and savory depth make it a timeless appetizer or a nourishing addition to any meal.
