This is Wendy’s handmade recipe, thoughtfully prepared with Harvest Gathering Farm’s pasture-raised chicken and turkey. Each batch includes:
•Chicken Andouille sausage
•Handmade turkey meatballs
•Rich chicken bone broth
•Organic long-grain wild rice
•Black-eyed peas (soaked overnight, rinsed, then pressure-cooked)
•Tomato sauce & diced tomatoes
•The classic holy trinity of green bell peppers, onions & celery
•Creole seasonings, sea salt & black pepper

Each order includes a large round container of gluten-free cornbread, made with:
•Organic non-GMO yellow cornmeal
•Ghee
•Coconut milk
•Eggs
(No flour, no sugar)
The cornbread is meant to be sliced into small slivers—approximately 10 servings—making this meal perfect for a New Year’s gathering or a large family meal.
