There’s nothing quite like a cozy, soul-warming bowl of Jambalaya. Traditionally known to bring luck, abundance, and good fortune, this comforting stew is meant to be shared—slowly, joyfully, and around a full table.
This is Wendy’s handmade recipe, thoughtfully prepared with Harvest Gathering Farm’s pasture-raised chicken and beef. Each batch includes:
•Beef Andouille sausage
•Grass Fed Beef Smoked sausage. 
      •     Diced ham
•Rich beef bone broth
•Organic long-grain wild rice
•Black-eyed peas (soaked overnight, rinsed, then pressure-cooked)
•Tomato sauce & diced tomatoes
•The classic holy trinity of green bell peppers, onions & celery
•Creole seasonings, sea salt & black pepper
