This is Wendy’s handmade recipe, thoughtfully prepared with Harvest Gathering Farm’s pasture-raised chicken and beef. Each batch includes:
•Chicken Andouille sausage
•Grass Fed Beef Smoked sausage 
•Rich chicken bone broth
•Organic long-grain wild rice
•Black-eyed peas (soaked overnight, rinsed, then pressure-cooked)
•Tomato sauce & diced tomatoes
•The classic holy trinity of green bell peppers, onions & celery
•Creole seasonings, sea salt & black pepper
