🍀 Traditional Corned Beef Hash – A Family Favorite 🍳 (no corn 🌽 lol)
This one is especially close to my heart.
Corned beef hash has always been one of my dad’s favorite breakfasts — about simple, real food made the old-fashioned way.
This is a big process to make because of pre-brining our brisket for seven days before and then slow cooking it for eight hours.
We start with our grass fed pre-brined brisket that turns into our popular corned beef brisket (no corn, its just a name), we’ve cut it into small cubes, slow cooked it and combine it with diced potatoes, onions, and pressure cooked beans— then season it simply with Celtic sea salt and coarse black pepper. No shortcuts. Just traditional, hearty ingredients that crisp up beautifully in a skillet.
