This is for our 2 large bacon wrapped chicken cordon bleu. This is our bacon and thin chicken butterfly breast wrapped with smoked ham, and organic swiss cheese. These come raw, 2 per package, about 1/2 to 3/4 a pound each. 
These take a lot of time to make along with our pasture raised chicken, please keep that in mind with the price. But these are amazing to serve for dinner. We recommend baking them in the oven at 350 for about 40 min covered in foil and then remove foil turn up temp to 400 for 15 minutes to crisp bacon
