This was time consuming to make but turned out beautiful and delicious. Perfect to impress family and friends around the holidays. I started with organic apple sauce (see photos) and layered the below veggies and our cooked chicken apple sausage. fresh slices of apples from the farmers market, rosemary, sage, sliced fennel, sweet potato, shallots, topped with butter & drizzle of raw honey and chopped walnuts for a warm apple crunch. Comes in a round stainless steel cake pan (return clean for $5 credit)and cooking instructions.
Remove butter hearts before baking and put on top for presentation to melt at the table.
