Our pasture-raised Pork Crown Roast is a spectacular dinner centerpiece 👑🐖✨ Shaped into a regal circle with the ribs standing tall like a crown, it’s tender, juicy, and full of rich flavor thanks to our pigs’ natural, outdoor lifestyle.
Feeds approximately 12-14 people.

Our Berkshire and red waddle pigs roam on pasture in organic orchards and eat a variety of left over organic veggies and fruits from neighboring farms and farmers markets.  We are blessed to feed them a fermented mash from our local organic brewery.
