👑 Pork Crown Roast
Our pasture-raised Pork Crown Roast is a spectacular holiday centerpiece 👑🐖✨ Shaped into a regal circle with the ribs standing tall like a crown, it’s tender, juicy, and full of rich flavor thanks to our pigs’ natural, outdoor lifestyle.
Feeds approximately 12-14 people.
Roast to golden perfection and serve with herbs, apples, or festive stuffing in the center. 🍎🌿
Pick Up Week before Christmas
•    $20 lb ( 1 crown roast~ 13-15 lbs) 
*****If you want it stuffed on the center with 2 lbs of pork cranberry, blueberry apple stuffing it’s an extra $40. 
Deposit $100 remaining balance paid at pick up. 
 
Our Berkshire and red waddle pigs roam on pasture in organic orchards and eat a variety of left over organic veggies and fruits from neighboring farms and farmers markets.  We are blessed to feed them a fermented mash from our local organic brewery.
