Homemade by my baker with all organic ingredients. Crust is made with real butter and her crust is to die for! This one is gluten free. Made with Bobs red mill gluten free. Has nuts.

Bake on a foil lined rimmed pan at 450° for 25 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F; bake 50 to 70 minutes longer or until crust is golden brown and the center is set but still somewhat jiggly. *pro-tip: add a long strip of foil around the edges of the crust so it doesn’t get too dark too quickly, then removing it about 20 minutes until it’s done.
