Everything made is with all organic ingredients. This is gluten free but not dairy free. 
I made this delicious low carb casserole starting with a layer of my cloud bread made with egg whites and cream cheese baked and cut into strips. 
Filling layers of, cooked ground brisket, ricotta cheese, eggs, cheddar cheese, ground pork rinds, sour cream. 
This was pre-baked as shown in 2nd photo but will come as a serving portion in the package in the 1st photo. Serves 1-2 $20
