This hearty soup is exquisite in that it’s made in our luxurious 48 hour beef bone broth made with a variety of bones, shanks, oxtail, and short rib ribs. Then we add in some more beef, some oregano, thyme, parsley, sea salt, black pepper, garlic, and some homemade egg noodles made only out of eggs. We make the noodles in a crêpe pan as if it is just an egg crepe and then we roll it up and slice it really thin to make the noodles. We added in some of our beef sausage, which is grass fed and gives it a smoky flavor. You get 1 pound, which serves about one person.
