These are cut from the top round and are tender, lean and delicious! Recommended, if you use them for a quick meal that you pre-marinate them as they tend to be a little tougher, they do better in stews or stroganoff but if you want to do fajita strips or tacos, then you should marinate them and some kind of acid based marinade like lemon juice
