This is a labor of love to make with all the special organic ingredients including cooking it.

Cooked beef liver in organic butter, bay leaves, thyme, shallots and garlic. Cooled and removed bay leaves and thyme and then put in a food processor with organic heavy cream, sea salt and butter. Poured into glass jars sealed with warmed organic butter and thyme.

Keep in freezer. Once refrigerated eat within 1 week.
