Lightly Smokey and wonderful! Our delicious bacon comes from our Heritage Berkshire pigs. No nitrates. Ingredients to cure, before smoking: cinnamon, cloves, anise, organic celery broth, sea salt, ground pepper, organic brown sugar (all rinsed off before smoking) Cuts are typically around 1/12" thick.

Our Berkshire and red waddle pigs roam on pasture in organic orchards and eat a variety of left over organic veggies and fruits from neighboring farms and farmers markets. We are blessed to feed them a fermented mash from our local organic brewery.
