Beef bacon jalapeño popper burgers are a hit every year! You get two of these chunky burgers that are about half a pound each filled with cheese, bacon bits, and fermented jalapeño pieces. The other ingredients are onions, garlic, sea salt, and black pepper. The jalapeño fermented pieces are more of a mild so they’re not super spicy. The burgers are made from a blend of our ground brisket and ground sirloin so they are an approximate 8515 fat protein blend. Our bacon bits are made from our ground bacon and they are cooked before adding to the raw burger mix. These are raw and best to pre-cook in an oven and then carefully cooked on foil or a baking sheet on the grill as they can get messy with the cheese Also available are just my bacon burgers on another listing.
