Not seasoned. $40 lb . Approximate weight is 6-8 lbs total. 
The rule is that a Prime Rib feeds 2 people per rib bone. So around 6-7 people.

THIS WILL BE FROZEN AND WILL DEFROST WITHIN 2 DAYS IN YOUR FRIDGE. THIS PRESERVES THE COLOR AND SHAPE OF YOUR PRIME RIB.
