Deposit for 2, for Pick Up the week of Valentine’s Day. This is the best part of the ribeye, considered the cap of the ribeye. The most tender part,  this is $60 a pound and you get 2 of them in a spiral rolled up, approximate 3/4 lb to 1 lb packages. 
  Price and total weight will be updated on your invoice. Deposits are not to be included in the Home Delivery $150 minimum.
