Made with Herbes de Provence herbs, it is a fragrant, dried herb blend from the South of France, typically containing thyme, rosemary, marjoram, and savory, with optional additions like tarragon, basil, and lavender. These are a labor of love. I start with organic butter (mix of salted and unsalted) melt it to the point where the milk crystals brown and then I poor into my large pumpkin molds. These are great for presentation on holiday tables on a plate with butter knife. 
Frozen in container. 2 pumpkins equal 2 sticks of butter. (Quite a lot)
